After being inspired by Anna, over at “Anna in the Kitchen“, I decided that my family needed a treat dessert and so proceeded to make them up.
For my Jelly Pudding, I added my own embellishments, with inspiration drawn from the comments on Anna’s page. I garnished with home grown strawberries and chocolate mint.
These tasted really nice and I look forward to experimenting with other flavoured jelly and different garnishes.
Inspired by Better Homes and Gardens, October 2016 issue, I made roasted rhubarb and strawberries. The boys gave the dish 6🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. It will become a favourite in our house.
